    “Lovely cabin in an absolutely stunning location, very well equipped with plates, pans, glasses, towels etc.”

    Some areas need at little TLC. There was sticky tape left on walls & doorways from banners from previous guests. The dining rooms chairs are wobbly(will collapse soon) no grill rack for the grill section of oven, the hot tub need a good service as the jets are blocked so not bubbling. But overall we had a lovely stay.

    Hello Ms Millward. I am so sorry to hear this information. It would have been beneficial if you had contacted me during your stay as I could have shown you how to work the jets on the hot tub. I could also have found a grill rack for you for the oven. There was a grill rack for the oven last time I looked, perhaps the guests before you burnt it and threw it away. I would have loved to have given you one so you could have used the grill. I double checked the chairs, you were right, they were wobbly. However they only need an Alan key to make them safe again. If you had told me this, I would have come down and done that for you too. As for the sticky tape on windows and walls, I do apologise and will ask my cleaner to ensure it is removed. . We are always keen to make improvements and it is helpful when guests alert us to potential problems. Please in the future, let me know when you are in the chalet, then I can ensure that problems are fixed and you have a happier holiday stay. I am so glad, that depite the above, you had a good stay.
