Enjoying a peaceful location between Solva Harbour and Newgale beach, this converted barn provides excellent holiday accommodation.

The Pembrokeshire National Park coastline of the St Davids Peninsula and St Brides Bay is superb and the Coastal Path is readily accessible at many points.

There are boat trips to the offshore islands of Ramsay, Skomer and Skokholm where you can see anything from Puffins to porpoise.

Solva and St Davids have a good selection of pubs, restaurants and interesting galleries and shops.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the very spacious open-plan living and dining room which has a slate floor and rugs.

The SITTING AREA has an electric woodburner style fire, comfortable seating for 6, coffee table, colour TV with Freeview and DVD.

The DINING AREA has a solid wood dining table with 8 chairs.

Glazed panel doors lead to the KITCHEN which has an extensive range of fully fitted oak units, integral halogen hob, double electric oven with grill, side by side fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, automatic washer/drier and original slit window feature.

BEDROOM 1 - There is one downstairs bedroom which is suitable for use by disabled guests, it has a tiled floor with rugs, double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.

The adjacent BATH/WET ROOM is spacious and has a white suite of bath, "drive-in" shower area which is enclosed on 3 sides and has a seat and grab rails, WC a vanity unit with wash hand basin.

A door leads from the bathroom to a store room with space for coats, boots etc.

First Floor

Stairs lead from the sitting room to the other two bedrooms which have sloped ceilings and a very light but cosy atmosphere.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, handmade wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3 has a double bed, handmade wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Bedlinen and duvets are provided.

There is a small BATHROOM with limited headroom between the upstairs bedrooms, it has a velux window, half size sit-in bath with a hand held shower, WC and vanity unit with wash hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The cottage has its own very large, hedged and fenced garden with parking area. (accessed via a wooden gate from the cottage) The garden area is lawned and has garden furniture.

Parking for up to 3 cars.

Other Information

There is oil heating throughout, underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs. Fuel costs are £30 per week from May to September and £45 per week at all other times; payments to be made direct to the owner.

A standard cot, highchair and stair gate are available.

No smoking.

WiFi enabled.

Towels are available at £5 per guest.

Regretfully, no pets.
