Our range of cottages in Gwbert offers a fantastic base to explore Cardigan and beyond.

Why a Gwbert Holiday?

Gwbert is a small cliff top coastal hamlet, overlooking Pembrokeshire, Poppit Sands and Cardigan Bay. Gwbert is known for its incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. It is said that Gwbert is the name of an early saint, wandering the coastline, who landed here and sheltered in a cave. Gwbert is the perfect place to explore the beauty of Ceredigion - from golden sandy beaches and rugged coastline to quaint villages and historic castles.

A stay in one of our holiday cottages in Gwbert will ensure you are perfectly positioned to explore the great outdoors! Despite being just three miles outside of Cardigan town, Gwbert is incredibly remote, surrounded by vast open countryside and views of the dramatic Atlantic. Dolphins and porpoises are commonly spotted from the coastline, whilst seals can be observed from Morgan’s Beach. Look to the skies and you might even be able to spot red kites, peregrines, kestrels and sparrow hawks.
